Got to talking to some friends who grew up in fundamentalist christian environments and we talked about some of our crazy experiences. Anyone with some interesting stories? I was once exorcised when my parents found Pokemon cards in my room. I came home to find the entire church in my front lawn praying over the property in tongues (Glossolalia). And when they took me inside they slapped hands on me, pulled out the holy oils, and proceeded to cast the devil out of me. I think I was in 5th or 6th grade. And I remember them all packed into my room and my mom crying. The pastors hand on my face trying to, shake the devil loose while asking me, Do you know there evil in the cards, and the devil is trying to take you!? I kinda just nodded yes... But in my head I knew that these people were crazy. Looking back now its so incredibly funny. But I still am kinda in shock that it happened haha
