Got up yesterday morning and decide to bake a Cake for Christmas, while Marilyn was gone the get her hair done. So I turned the oven on, got out bowls, spoons and the ingredients. Grease the pan, cracked the nuts. Remove 8 toy autos and 18 building blocks from kitchen table.. Measure 2 cups of flour, remove the grandchilds hand from flour, washed the flour off the grand-kid. Put flour, baking powder, and salt in sifter. Got dustpan and broom to get up pieces of bowl which the grand-kid knocked on the floor. Got another bowl, Answered the phone. Return to the kitchen. Remove the grand-kids hand from the bowl. Wash the grand-kid. Got out the eggs. Answered the phone. Return and took out grand-kids hand from the greased pan. Remove 1/4 inches of salt from pan.Look for the grand child. Got another pan and grease it. Answered the phone. Return to the kitchen and found grandchild, remove grandchilds hand from the bowl, wash shortening,etc,etc, off grandchild.Took up greased pan and found 1/4 layer of nut shells in it. Headed for the grandchild, who ran knocking the bowl off the table. Wash Kitchen floor. Wash table, Wash, walls, Wash dishes.. And took grandchild and headed to Walmart bakery. How was your day?
