Duties: Key Performance Areas: Render switchboard services and attend to telephone calls; Transfer calls to the relevant extensions and provide clients with relevant information; Keep record of outgoing calls and maintain telephone database; Identify telephone faults to the supervisor and notify staff members; Record maintenance of the switchboard.
