Government can uphold the will of majority but at the same time, protect minorities. These constitutional protections of the powerless are an extremely important point in maintaining a balanced and fair nation. The Congress/Legislative shall have power to promote the institutionalization and the democratic values by appropriate legislation. And all the stakeholders should maintain fair, free, and competitive elections between multiple distinct political parties, a separation of powers into different branches of governance, the rule of law in everyday life as part of an open society, and the equal protection of human rights, civil rights, civil liberties, and political freedoms for all persons.
