The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received a loan from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to wards the cost of Participatory Small Scale Water Resources Sector Project (PSSWRSP). Part of this loan will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from ADB member countries. 2. The Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of WMCA Office including Electrification, Office Furniture & Tender Preparation work under Shapleza, Rajarhat-Mirukhali & Jalabari Subproject , Upazila Mothbaria & Nesarabad, District. Pirojpur. 3. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications may participate in those bidding: • Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover (AACT) shall be BDT 21.00 (Twenty One lakh) in last 3 (three) years. • Minimum 5(five) years General Construction experience. • Experience in Similar Contract Individually of at least one contract of value BDT 12.00 (Twelve lakh) in last 5 (five) years. • Liquid Asset in terms of cash/line credit at least BDT 3.50 (Three lakh fifty thousand). • Equipments like concrete mixture machine, concrete vibrator and plate compactor must have in his possession either owner or leased. • The bidder should have experienced Construction Manager. 4. The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders.
