Government regulations are closing this factory. The owners can no longer keep it running: “From advanced food safety and quality assurance requirements to more stringent environmental regulations that would require substantial capital investment...as a result of the changing environment, we have decided to close the Kalona facility. Each of the regulations probably looks like a good idea, but we cant regulate factories into closure if we want people to have work. #libertarian
