Governments and the institutions largely shirking onus... are teachers by example, even if its couter-action by resentment largely passed on down .. justifying large companies, money institutions, employees of large companies, the ladder climbers who arnt getting fair deal seeing others getting away with shirking responsibility and what about me like a random cascade, what a mess and the snow ball effect of people having to deal with them, in a system that speaks the dollar, designed for the elite a learned language for those who have enough money to buy a justified conscience, well at least one they can walk away from weather they admit to themselves or not becomes a disease . Those who are bitten by failure learning its easy to just walk away and if tell themselves enough its not my problem the unbearable inability to deal with responsibility affects someone... usually left standing feeling powerless to ill fame or monetary loss.
