Governor Tanko Al Makura fresh from Kwankwasiyya School of Political Strategy deploys the first law of how to survive an impeachment plot. The Speaker of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly and five other lawmakers are under the threat of recall by their constituencies because of their insistence to go ahead with the impeachment proceedings on Governor Al Makura. The inaugural sitting of the panel today witness a lot of drama as the Governor stormed the venue of the hearing with a battery of supporters including the APC lawmakers in the house. The House of Assembly failed to send a representative to state their case against the embattled Governor. The Chairman of the panel therefore adjourned the siting with a directive to the lawmakers to come and present their case against Al Makura on the next adjourned date or else the panel will have no choice but to discharge and acquit the Governor of any wrong doing.
