Governor Wambora has assured matatu operators and business owners at Embu-Nairobi Bus Park that the work would be completed in less than three months time. He was speaking while commissioning the bus park and the Dallas estate road for tarmacking in Embu Capital. He added that he was keen to ensure that service delivery by his officers was done efficiently and effectively. He said that the enforcement department would be more empowered to ensure adherence to the county laws. Speaking at the event, Hon Kariuki Mate, Speaker, County Assembly assured the residents that it was time to roll-up sleeves and work. Also present was the Deputy Speaker, Hon Ibrahim Swaleh. The 3Km Dallas road and the Embu-Nairobi Bus park are estimated to cost KES 60M and are expected to be completed in six months time.
