Governor-elect Larry Hogan named Steve McAdams director of community initiatives in his upcoming administration on Tuesday. The Edgewater resident be executive director of the Governors Office of Community Initiatives, Hogan said during a news conference in Annapolis. McAdams served Hogans transition team and now makes the move over to a finalized administration position. (McAdams) has exceptional people skills, is an experienced manager and his eagerness to bring about lasting, positive change to his state will serve him greatly in this position, Hogan said.
