Grain free pizza. Use the cauliflower cheesy bread recipe (previous post) and double it for a large pizza crust. I put the fresh garlic, herbs and salt into the food processor with the cauliflower to be sure they mixed in well. Use a rubber spatula to spread evenly on a parchment lined pizza pan. ( yes! The parchment is a must). Bake crust at 450 for approx 20 min. ( start checking at 15 minutes as the cooking times vary by oven and by how thin your mixture is). Crust is ready when It is brown on both sides. Remove from oven and top with tomato paste seasoned with salt and Italian herbs (garlic powder, onion powder, basil and oregano). Add shredded cheese and toppings of choice. Broil on high for five minutes to brown cheese. Week night cooking tip: I prepped this last night after dinner (15 min hands on time) so when we got home tonight all we had to do was turn on the broiler and brown the cheese.
