Grandpa Buffett isnt just an investor - He is an Entrepreneur. He formed the first Hedge Fund through a limited partnership structure and took home 25% of profits. From there he bought an options writing house - in the form of an insurance company. From there he collected massive amounts of premium and then rolled into companies with a huge customer base, spits out free cash flow and earnings stability. Notably the Big 4 - Coke, Amex, Wells Fargo and Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF). From the free cash flows - He then rolls it into other companies and on the story goes. The point being - Grandpa Buffet was first an Entrepreneur.
