Granted its the night before start but here I will go ahead and post my official weigh in with #3dayREFRESH :) Per this scale I weigh roughly 190.2 lbs = (40% is Muscle mass) + 4.8LBS is Bones + 32.7% is Fat and 43.1% is water weight Per water density in the body anything lower than 42% is dehydrated! The dense muscle tissue ADORES water weight which helps to explain why muscle weighs more than fat :) Stay tuned for Surprise FUN techniques that may be the game changer for YOUR journey to health and FITNESS :)
