Graphic Video just happened 3 days ago , Cops just shoot the man 9 times at less then 3 feet away,. what ever happened to reasoning before killing? they working with Isis ? he didnt have a gun or knife, he stole two sodas had some issues,. he was acting weird but maybe had a mental disorder or medication or drug issue, he tells cops to shoot after they pull there guns as they exit there car see for your self and think if he was you having a bad day .. no one deserves to die on the street like this .. what next Cop drive bys ... : What is your opinions please share this Cops need to learn people skills ... then how to kill a civilian.
