Grateful that I am given a chance by Allah to spend the last weekend of 2014, having breakfast with my parents- the two individuals in my life whom I owe so much and yet still gives me even more. This weekend has turned out unexpectedly a reflective weekend for me. Through the session yesterday at The Sacred Path Of Love, Alhamdulilah I received the direction and inspiration that I was seeking to better myself as an Educator and also a Math Coach. I was reminded again of Imam AbdAllah bin Alawi al-Haddads Intention for Seeking Knowledge, Adab of seeking and giving knowledge; through Shaykh Abdul Aziz Ahmed, I have learnt of the importance of occasional timeouts/loneliness to spur us into finding our direction, and through Imam Abdoulaye Ndaws, I have found a Powerful Statement that I will use with my PowerFocus detectives next year as one of the Declarations: My life is a life of experimentation and a life of experimentation faces failure. Whether I like it or not, I will go through with it. Because I am no better than the Prophet saw. And like the Prophet saw, who persisted with his goals of spreading the message of Islam, who never wavered, I will do the same in my goal of succeeding in Math! And as part of my 2015 resolution to get closer to our Prophet saw by emulating his behaviours, I will like to express my syukur for the individuals without whom I would not have had the courage to embark on my journey to inspire change in our community. Thank you Kak Suria Mohd, Abang Muhammad Zulkifli Rahmat, Kak Hana S Ibrahim, Kak Jumaiyah Abu Bakar, Kak Roszilah M Nor for all the advice & support given to me over these years. I will also like to give my deepest thanks and appreciate to all my friends who have also made it their cause to inspire our children and strengthen our community. Thank you Kak Shakynza Littlebigminds, Sis Isya Jumari, Sis Idamurni Jamari, Brother Aminur Rasid & Brother Saiful Rizal for all the Amazing Work you do! My dua that Learning Studio Asia: English, Maths, Science, Chinese Tuition and Coaching, Math Prodigies - Singapore Math Tuition, #YoungMuslimScientists reach greater heights next year and beyond, insya Allah! Thank you also to Brother Khalid Ajmain, Brother Muhd Irfan and Sis Shadidah Mokhtar for making it possible for me to learn so much yesterday too. Above all, Thank you also to ALL the Parents of PowerFocus over all these years to have given me their trust and given me that Precious Opportunity to work with their darling angels. Thank you Everyone, and May Allah bless us with Good Health so as to Seek more Knowledge to be Closer to Him & to be Better Muslims for our families & Community. Insya Allah.
