Gratitude, Nov. 3: Monday is usually the day I do laundry, spiff up the house, and so forth. Today Im so very thankful for our home appliances. The appliance that saved women the most work? The refrigerator, because then women could use leftovers, and plan meals ahead. Today the dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, hot water heater, telephone, and stove all saved me HUGE amounts of time and effort.
