Gratitude/Positivity Day 16 (the eve of my birthday) This past year... how many things have happened I never expected. how much pain.. how much love, how much joy... All of the friends and love Ive built and shared: Ha Pham, Bouncy Bounce, Alice Nimmo, Shoghi Castel De Oro, Scott Ba, Karol Escobar, Alexandra Mathews, V Ray Nixie, Chris Jackson, David Gueringer, Tomas Verde, Jonathan Hakakian, Mills Ryan, Amy Gilliam, Chelsea Sarbach, Brad Bishop, Uru Majik, Monica Nimmo ... and so many more! The time I had with those who are gone... Ryan Johnson, and Renate...... I love you. I wish I could have showed you just how magnificent you really were/are/will be! My father William Gavin Elliotts visit this past month... youve been there when I really needed you!. My besties that have stood by me when I was hurting so hard: Gregory Monie, Audrey Katherine Claudio Scherer, Evan Bussanich, Marie Principe, Alicia Mia Reyes... Jennifer Crumlish and Mary Anne Elliott who have tolerated my rotten heartbreak behavior this weekend with love, patience and nurturing. Really again, I have to specifically call out bouncy bounce and Alice.. you gave me some of the most precious memories Ive ever had. Thank you. forever... thank you. And lastly, tonight I had one of the best tasting meals Ive ever had. Good enough to throw dietary restrictions to the wind and not really care as I hurt now.... In 55 minutes, Ill be 34 years old. Its an unremarkable age. But in every way, its been one of the more challenging years of my life, Ill take this as an accomplishment. If youre reading this, I encourage you to do this too for 6 days (or more). Its actually a pretty awesome habit to start. Im quite hooked on it now.
