Great First New Year Session at The Warehouse Gym! Today started with Strength Training and breaking all my PR! Deadlift 130kg for 2 rep, increased 10kg from Tuesday! Also I am getting back into Back Squat Full Deep, today one rep for 80kg and then 10 reps with 80kg of Box Back Squat! Then Dead Bench Press 2 rep for 80kg! I dont usually go heavy, heavy! Most time I use the necessary weight to reach my target reps with perfect form, and focusing on the muscle contraction since its more important to build muscle efficiently in faster time! Also, I usually use a technique called pre-exhaust, to pre fatigue the muscle I am focusing on the day with an isolation exercise, so when is time to hit Bench Press (compound movement) at the very end and I use the bar with only 5kg plates, it feels like 25kg plates!
