Great Lakes Futsaller and Challenger Crew star Stephen Milhoan has had a great close to 2014. In November his St Ignatius high school team won the Ohio State Championship, in December he was selected as the MVP of the US Futsal Cup tournament in Annapolis, MD where he guest played and help lead Barbarians Futsal Club of Pittsburgh, PA to the championship title. To close out the month Stephen was in my estimation the only true PIVO and one of if not the standout player of the Canada-USA Friendship Cup featuring the first ever US Youth Futsal national teams.
