Great Spark Love David Hi Guys, My 8 year old son did a spark yesterday and I havent told my children about your foundation, he did it all on his own We took him to a local jeweler to resize a Batman watch he bought with his birthday money. We didnt know how much it would cost so he brought $20 cash. The worker informed us that to resize a watch it costs $35. We couldnt see paying $35 to resize a $20 Batman watch so we were going to leave. The guy stopped us and said Let me ask my manager if I can resize it if you make a donation to the St. Jude Foundation. (Theyre trying to raise $10 a day) He came back and said he would do it for a $10 donation My son was excited! The watch was fixed and he gave the $20. The worker gave him two ten dollar bills. My son put one in the donation bucket and we left to go to my car. He ran back in and put the other $10 bill in the donation bucket as well because he said that St. Judes children need it more than he does. Made me tear up because at only 8 years old he knows the struggles that sick children face that he doesnt have to! Spark on!
