Great Spark! Love David I want to share one of my own stories, if thats ok? Um anyways. About a year ago during Christmas. I remember this day so clearly. It was a cold rainy day, in the back woods of good ole texas. I had just gotten off of one my 10 hour shifts. Tired and ready to spend time with my family who I hold close to me. I headed home, driving down the main road I take to get home, driving slow cause it was pouring out, and I have a hard enough time driving at night. I noticed a man walking down the road, half soaked, his head down against the rain. I was thinking to myself, that if hate to be in his shoes, then I thought, its Christmas he doesnt need to walk in the rain. I stopped rolled down my window and ask if he wanted a ride. He looked at me at first unsure, the said yes. This wasnt my first act of kindness, but anyways. I asked where he was headed, he said about four miles up the road. Luckily where he was headed, was in the direction I was going home. Started driving and the entire time thinking, there is a stranger in my car. Thousands of horrible assumptions went threw my head. I pushed them aside. Reaching his destinations, I handed him a jacket, and dry shirt. Said merry Christmas. And started to drive off when he stopped me. I cant take these, they are brand new, true they were I had gone shopping the day before. I told him, youre soaked to the bone. You need them more then me. And drove off. Ill never forget that I never knew him. Never saw him again. But it made me so happy knowing that I had helped him. Thanks for letting me share.
