Great Spark for our Elderly!! Love Leann I work in an assisted living facility, where sometimes families are not so eager to take care of their family members or the resident cant just up and leave to go get the smallest of things. My first spark was being able to give a wheelchair bound woman a pair of my shoes because hers (even though not walked on) we falling apart. They were hot pink and black. The day I brought them and put them on her I asked her if she liked them. She said I feel so young! That made me smile and made my and does every time I see her in them! My second spark was a recent one. A resident had a laundry bucket and due to its shape and age, every time we took it out to do the laundry we cracked the bucket. We had taped it so many times you could barely see the bucket. So I brought her a new laundry basket. She was so shocked when I walked in with it. It is moments like these that give me joy
