Great Spirit, Almighty Healer and Creator of all things, with humbled hearts we come together to offer up many thanks. We thank you for the calls of praise to you from the wolf and coyote under Grandmother Moon. We thank you for the swiftness in flight of the Eagle and Hawk. We thank you for the swirling wisps of snow as the gentle breeze blows through the trees. We thank you for the thundering waterfalls along the path of the rolling rivers. We thank you for the towering sequoias as they reach toward the clouds overhead. For the rising of Grandfather Sun in the early morning hours to bring warmth and light, we thank you. We ask for healing for those that are suffering through diverse diseases and disorders. We ask for your hands to guide those of the surgeons that are preparing to operate. We ask for comfort for those that may have lost loved ones recently. We ask for guidance, strength and courage for those that are now on their walk toward another phase of life. We ask for greater compassion during this season for those that are homeless or poor. With winter in full swing, we ask that enough heat and food are provided for them. We ask for an end of government control over their people throughout the four corners. We ask for an end to wars and hostilities that serve only to bring destruction and death. We ask for an end to corporate greed and materialistic lust of power. We ask instead for an era of peace and true equality for all people, where no one person is greater than the next. We ask for a change of how we currently live, which has only brought destruction to your creation. We ask for protection, strength and guidance as we form together to stand against those that would continue to destroy. For those that have heard your call toward regaining balance, we ask for your strength, guidance and protection for what lies ahead. We ask for an era of healing for our Earth Mother. We thank you for our Elders that bring us the wisdom of the ancestors as well as the lessons of the present. We thank you for our children that will build upon the foundation that has been laid before them. We thank you for the precious gift of life. We thank you for the answering of prayers. We thank you for our daily food and ask for its blessing. We thank you for the sacredness of all life and the spirit that dwells within us. Emenv
