Buy a great coffee mug the teacher can re-use and fill it with the ingredient below, except the water and melted butter, cover the mug and add a cute note card with the how-to make the mug brownie. Microwave Coffee Mug Brownies Ingredients 1/4 cup flour 1/4 cup sugar 2 tablespoons cocoa 1/2 tablespoon instant coffee A pinch of salt A pinch of cinnamon 1/4 cup water 2 tablespoons melted butter Directions Add the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt, cinnamon, and instant coffee to a microwave-save ceramic mug. Use a fork to mix together and break apart any clumps. Cover the mug with plastic wrap and add a note. Add a note that says to add 1/4 C of water & 2 Tablespoons melted butter and stir until the mixture is smooth. Then, Microwave on HIGH for about 1 minute & 40 seconds. Let cool for a minute, then either eat straight or add ice cream or whipped cream on top. Enjoy!
