Great article and video about a super cool Prairie-style house I documented in the Twickenham Historic District in Huntsville, Alabama. The 1921 house was designed by local architect Edgar Lee Love (1867-1936), a native of Missouri who migrated to Huntsville around 1908 from Nebraska. Love designed several homes in Twickenham of various styles, including Dutch Colonial Revival, Neoclassical Revival, and Craftsman. He also designed the former Renaissance Revival-style YMCA (1910) and the Neoclassical Revival-style Helion Masonic Lodge (1917). Love my job! :)
