Great article by USA Swimming and (bias Bears) on video training! The option to see your stroke technique is an amazing opportunity! Good thing MAX already did a great job getting into Swimlabs Orange County and watched us on tape! For those who want to experience it or do it again (or those who want to take home some quality DVDs...)
