Great day today watched my grandaughter play two games of soft ball. She is a great athlete and the best pitcher, (closer Mains we call her) Her team won the soft ball championship. They played some tough teams this year.Their coach must be proud. I will say their coach must be good because those girls were always smilling and laughing even when they lost. She seemed to treat them with respect and taught them how to have fun and to shake off errors with a smile and laugh, and to be gracious winners. She has a way of pulling a tired pitcher so the girl leaves the mound smiling and proud of what she did for the team (or she told them there was fifty percent off at Kohls tomorrow). She is a positive influence on not just other kids, but on my Grandkids too. Her life is centered around my Grandkids.This mom has put her life on hold for fifteen years raising these kids from sports to 4H, through school, through whatever I am sure we don"t know the half of. Watching our daughter Risa do this makes us proud. So coach and mom and daughter. We say well done. Keep going -you make a big difference and you are important. We are proud of who you are.
