Excellent communication even when we arrived en masse for dinner with little warning, managed to deal with a big demanding group excellently. Had a welcome sign on arrival, nice touch, made us feel special and welcome not any old guest. Spa wonderful, food superb, we drank them out of Pinotage and Cabernet….’ I cannot add any more to this, outstanding experience for me and my clients from start to finish.
