Great feeling when a family picks up a dragon and cant believe how much better it looks then the 2 prior petco/petsmart(not sure which) dragons that both died on them. The kids seemed happy, parents happy, spent some time going over enclosure and husbandry...hopefully the dragon does well. Can produce all the cool stuff in the world but nothing is better than dealing with a family and kids. Thats what makes it all worth it.
