Great first tourist day for Melany and I her in DC. 4 metro trips, White House Tour, National Museum of American History, Old Ebbits Grill, National Air and Space Museum, Capitol City Brewing Company, and Matchbox Pizza Co in China Town. We also put on over 25,000 steps on our fit bit!!! We were next in line for the Washington Monument when a thunderstorm moved in and they evacuated the area. Apparently it is one giant lightning rod. Needless to say the bottoms of my feet are both giant blisters. Tomorrow we have the Capitol Building, national archives, another museum yet to be determined and a nice dinner to celebrate our anniversary. Bring it!!!
