Great game by the under 16s today. In blustery conditions the hawks got away to a handy lead with the aid of the breeze and they maintained it until 3/4 time. Our lads having kicked just 3 goals in first 3/4s appeared down and out. With some go for broke type coaching the young fellas responded and wired in for the last 20 minutes and achieved the impossible. Kicking 9 goals in the last to over run the hawks by 22 points. Dont leave it there lads bring it again in a fortnight.
