Great gig tonight at High spirits tonight with Arfaaz Kagalwala aka Fuzzy Logic In the words of Abhi Meer Fuzzy Logic is probably the first Indian producer to openly welcome the 2014 sound of deep house, garage and nu-disco, and his debut EP Money Talks speaks straight to it. While opener ‘Money Talks’ is a vocal, robotic dance jam, ‘I Lose Myself’ is a seriously cynical, measured 130+ bpm garage-style cut. Finally, closer ‘More Love’ is haunting, darker and tech-ier, so crisp all the way through, you’d really wish it were longer. With tunes that work live (near perfectly, I should add), the three soulful, dance (or drive-time) cuts on the EP make for a formidable, debut dance release.
