I have a discussion with Ethiopian Medical society(EMA), Ethiopian Midwife society and Ethiopian Anesthetist society this week. And they are happy to take the initiatives. We have come with consensus with EMA representative for physician the best is to standardize and nationalize the existing qualification exam. So I am expecting starting next year every medical student will have he same pull of written exam for qualification and also based on the finding on task analysis for each of the three health professionals
