Great participants in our Natural Flow and Hidden Structures in Relationships seminar here in Amsterdam. We are learning together to notice and celebrate the harmonious, the conflictual and the subtle energies in relationships and make them visible for individuals and teams. Deep Democracy is an approach that has tools to make all the information that is present in the system mind available to its actors. Different relationship approaches among our participants yesterday from the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Poland, Germany and Switzerland. Our DDI students facilitate the group as we are working on the topic of Love and Fear. Why can it be so scary to bring out what we feel and think about each other? What do you think?
