Great remarks via video. Madam Mayor you have brought attention to the 3rd Floor of City Hall never in its history a man or woman would have distinguished theirselves by. You have brought attention nationally to this Great City and its people and far from a positive spotlight. Madam Mayor, You, not the City Attorney, is in charge of the affairs of Houston. You call the shots and take responsibility for your actions in office, not your City Attorney or your political base. When 50,000, people by their signature, ask for the right of the ballot, they have that right to be heard by their vote. Government exists to serve, not be served, said President Ronald Reagan.
