Great training session with Troy L. Ford, followed that with a 5 mile walk, and heading home to eat spaghetti squash and turkey meatballs :) A great start to the week. Setting some new goals for myself... In the next 8 weeks, I will 1. Get some guns (bring on the push-ups), 2. See my abs again (as much as one can after 3 babies and one that was nearly 10 pounds), and 3. I WILL BE DOWN 100 POUNDS! Feeling recharged! Bring it on :)
