Great way to start the day, a walk in windy Wellington for my low intensity cardio alongside fellow BSN Athletic Model Contestant Megan McGillivray. Just to spice things up decided to pull out some pistol squats. The wind definitely tested my stability more than normal but theres nothing like a little extra challenge. Hope everyones training is going well with 7 weeks to go, looking forward to seeing what everyones up to this week :)
