Great weekend for Buffalo Runners! We were everywhere, all over the area and running a LOT of miles! The half marathon training buffaloes went 2hrs 10min yesterday! The sad news: a Perkins breakfast would be more calories than we burned in that 10 mile run. Our own Registered Dietitian, Ashley Holloway, recommends chocolate milk (personally, I like the chocolate Ensure muscle drink) for a great post run replacement. Ice baths are recommended for all runs beyond 2 hours!
