GreatStaff Solutions, a premier staffing agency, currently has an internal opening for a Recruiter! This is a full time position Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. This position is paying $15-$17 (depending on experience). We are located in Wixom, MI, and we specialize in staffing administrative, accounting, clerical, customer service, HR, executive assistants, logistics, medical billing, sales assistants/representatives, receptionists, technical assistants, light industrial, general labor, janitorial, machinists, warehouse and MANY more. Qualifications: • 1+ years experience in recruiting OR human resources preferred. • 1+ years working in an office environment required. • Organized • Detail oriented • Strong sense of urgency • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude • MS Office skills required Responsibilities: • Place job advertisements, using resume distribution services and job sites • Telephone screen potential candidates to insure they met employment standards • Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with applicants • Work as the liaison between each Candidate and Client Company • Enter and maintain all data and employee information • Conduct reference checks, computer software assessments, and background checks for every candidate • Assist with new hire paperwork, employee counseling/coaching, and employee terminations when necessary • Responsible for maintaining existing client accounts by successfully fulfilling our clients staffing needs • Consistently meet weekly interview goals Please submit resumes to tdannecker@greatstaffllc.
