Greatness is WITHIN us, we just have to reach deep down and GRAB it! For those of you who didnt know, I have a sister (Adaku E. Taylor) whos pretty much a smaller female version of me. But the only difference is shes smarter, stronger and faster...yes, shes that awesome! So you can only image what shes capable of accomplishing if she sets her heart and mind to it. For about the last 10 years Adaku buried her head in school, earring multiple degrees and certifications, and trying her hand at many different careers and business ventures, none of which had anything to do with her true passion! She ended up gaining weight, being depressed, and feeling unaccomplished in life. For some reason she was trying to turn a natural born athletic freak with a passion for fitness and an entrepreneurial mindset, into the average 9 to 5 working girl! For years I told her to stop fooling around and pursuit her calling...but she was afraid to do so. Well, everything changed when I invited her to come to Jersey and hang with me and my Eze Fit Family for a few weeks...that was 8 months ago. Lets just say Adaku went back to Atlanta with a new vision of the life she should be living. Within months she opened up her first fitness training studio, Eze Fitness Atlanta and started transforming and saving the lives of many Georgians. She lost over 15 pounds and 20% body fat, go her athletic body back and took up powerlifting. And last Saturday, she competed in her first ever National Power Lifting Competition. Check this out, she shattered two National Championship Records in Bench press (193.6 lbs) and Dead Lift (415 lbs)...And this was her first competition! WOW!! This is just the beginning for my lil sister. I see her holding the world record in powerlifting. And I see her taking the Eze Fitness Empire to new heights! I love you sis. And Im so freakin proud of you! :)
