Greed creates unhappiness, its not rocket science. If people on the bottom earnings line could afford a decent life it would make them happier and could possibly change things for the better. But when CEOs hord their wealth and keep their workforce hungry and unhappy there will always be problems. I come from an industry that treats its workforce like slaves and that ill treatment has created a negative attitude amoung workers. Surely there must be a way to keep your employees happy and healthy and still lets the boss earn good amounts of money?! Its my life mission to find a solution to this problem and I think it would be awesome if more industry business owners could start thinking this way. A lot of corporate companies already do this Id just like to see the same thing happen with the worker
