Greedy persons acquire lot many things not required by them, depriving others and then publically distribute pittance out of those to make the show of charity. Real charity is not to have more than necessary keeping in mind the requirements of others. Greedy peoples donate one rupee so that they can have thousand rupees to satisfy their greed. Technology has made human more safe and independent but at the same time it has increased his power of destruction tremendously. His greed has made him enemy to trees, animals and earth on which his survival depends. Greedy person wastes the resources to show his power. If you want to avoid the pollution of whole of the earth then instead of removing poverty of all, think about removing the greed of few. Whole of the earth will then remain beautiful. High technology has given power to some men to govern other men. But man should keep his greed aside and be compassionate and never forget that he is human first otherwise he will be committing suicide.
