Greetings Divine Ones ~ ~ ~ This has been a very cocooning summer for me, with a lot of deep spirit work and inner exploration. After a series of personal breakthroughs, and inspired by some of the visionary psycho-spiritual work of Teal Swan, I felt moved to share this concept of the core negative imprint and how that can lead.... as the bread crumb trail that it is.... to the realization of that particular quality of universal truth which is our birthright and our true soul purpose for coming into a body. It has been said that suffering is the one thing all sentient beings have in common, and that allowing ourselves to truly feel the qualities and textures of our own suffering, will lead us to feel our interconnection to all beings through compassion for our common pain. To allow ourselves to feel, and bear witness, to the feeling of our suffering, is to realize ultimately the truth, which liberates us totally into a true non-dual bliss. Only love will lead us to truly sit with our shadow long enough to transcend it. Through pure loving awareness, the flame of our divine essence reveals the truth that lies beyond the illusions which are at the root of our suffering. In this talk I discuss how to find the common thread between all of your most painful break ups and traumatic life events. At the core of all these experiences is what you might call your core negative imprint, the main feeling that comes up for you. You must learn how to relate to your feelings not through thoughts and interpretations and storylines, but simply through the feeling itself. My feeling was worthlessness or dishonour. When you get deep enough in and you really identify it, this will lead you to the transcended reality.... you could say the opposite although that word doesnt do justice to what it is. For mine, ie: it was true value or grace. From worthlessness to value or from dishonour to grace. So my soul purpose is to realize my true value and to realize divine grace from a soul level. Although I was originally not sure if it could be simplified this much, realistically, the practice has worked well for me and for other very wise and tuned in friends of mine.
