All requests were considered but the the Virgin Island cruises were in excess of $700 per person and were no less than 7 days; So The decision has been made on the 4 day to Cozumel. Tampa cruising to Cozumel,2 days i Cozumel and 1 day cruising home. Please govern yourselves accordingly regarding the information provided. Happy Sailing! Hi Wanda, OK, I have blocked group space on the July 17-21/2014, Carnival Paradise sailing from Tampa. I went ahead and blocked 24 Interior Category 4B staterooms. Price per person is $474 + $54 tax = $528.16 per person. You can forward this email to everyone, so they have my contact info and they can contact me directly to book and pay. If you want to give me a list of names and emails for all family members, I can contact them directly. I will make a flier of some sort in the next couple weeks that you can use to provide info regarding the cruise. Deposit of $150 per person is due by Wednesday, August 28, 2013. I will not be able to assign rooms until full deposit is made, so if it is important that everyone is together (or as close as possible) then the earlier the better for getting all to deposit quickly, as rooms will sell at random between now and then and the longer one waits, the odds are that others take rooms nearby. Here are next steps: - Everyone needs a passport, with six months left to expiration after July 21, 2014 (exp jan 22, 2015 or later) so make sure they get one & check current exp dates Once I get everyone’s contact info, I can handle the communications regarding payments, deadlines and questions etc. and you can concentrate on recruiting more family members. What time do you want to eat dinner? Early or late? I will need a seating chart if certain folks want to be together at dinner I will need the following information for each guest - • Full name exactly as on passport (including middle) • Dates of birth • Name as on Credit Card • CC #, expiration date and security code • Billing address on card • Email of preferred contact person for each party (or all if they want to receive the communications) • Cell phone of preferred contact person for each party I think that is about it.
