Greetings Friends, allow me to paint this reality to you as ff: We currently sit with a challenge in our schools tsa ko Kasi Att/ville to be specific ; where an average of 7 teachers are retiring every year. Now that results into a massive risk, because we ( my peers & below) are not interested to study Education & take on teaching as a profession, above it all we dont even encourage our children to do so. The funny thing though @ the University of Pretoria for e.g: from the students who study Education, 80% are white & am almost certain that they will not obtain their degree & go teach ko Saulridge or Walton. So friends, basically the education of our children, ( in very low income bracket earners & child led households) community is almost dead because of this reality. Saddens &; challenges me big time.
