Greetings Gary and Stuart and all team members of the Pro-pay Office : I have recently had the pleasure of talking with some of your Customer Service Reps last week and this week while trying to establish an account with your company for my Mary Kay Business. The Problem was a unique one at that... After talking with Chandler in your Customer Service Department today, he not only helped to resolve my issue with the help of Jesse and Chris in the Exceptions Department. But he was very professional, empathetic to my plight and he made me feel at ease after what seemed like a week of getting no where. I really should also mention that I talked to Zach several times and Emily as well. They too were helpful with my situation and were informative. I dont know who is responsible for hiring/recruiting and essentially responsible for training your staff, but they too should be commended. I am very fortunate that my unique situation was resolved and I am thankful that you have a great group of people that not only do their due diligence, but they go above and beyond.
