Greetings! The school will hold the 4th GRAND ALUMNI HOMECOMING sponsored by Batch 1988, 1989, & 1990 this December 30, 2014, Tuesday. Listed below are the details to be expected to do during the upcoming activity. • December 30, 2014 (Tuesday) 2:00 P.M. o Motorcade/”Rekorida” all batches. All batch representatives must have their representative tarpaulin flag 2”x3” for recognition and baloons. Provide your vehicle for your batch. • December 30, 2014 (Tuesday) o Holy Mass/Ecumenical Service 3:00 P.M. Batches are encouraged to bring their own offering. o Opening Program 4:00 P.M. Presentation of Batches * Prepare a unique cheers and yells that will be awarded with Prize by the host batch Intermission number per batch Door Prizes for the attendees and Raffle prizes o Parlor Games/Socials 4:00-5:00 P.M. with equivalent prizes from the sponsoring batch o Chika chika chika break o DINNER---DINNER---DINNER 5:00-7:00 P.M. “Barbeque Party”- All batches must provide their COOKED RICE, and eating utensils. o Election of New Officers/Business Meeting 5:00-6:00 P.M. o Evening Program/Disco Proper Tribute To Teachers On the Spot Talent Contest Acknowledgement for the Sponsoring Batch o Projects and Fund Raising All batches must provide P500.00 as registration fee. On the spot Fund Raising during Evening Program o Dress Code for every batchmates: Colored t-shirt according to your batch. No sando, no short pants, and no slippers allowed. Everybody must be in their own casual attire. o T-Shirts per batch must choose their own color representative and batch names/year should be printed. o Next Meeting: December 13, 2014 (Sunday, 10:00 A.M.) Finalization of event. Alumni Officers and Batch representatives are advised to attend the final meeting for proper dissemination of information. Your presence will surely make our grand reunion day colorful and a meaningful one.
