Greetings Tom Kelly readers, fans and members of his TENTH LEGION. Tom is getting excited about the up-coming NWTF Convention and Trade Show. The dates are February 12-15 in Nashville at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center. Tom will be with us in booth # 1113 starting at 9am on Friday morning the 13th. Dont get suspicious about Friday the 13th, it is just another day in the life of our fearless leader. Tom will be signing and personalizing his two newest books, The Other Seven and Around the Edges. These two new books were released in November and December of 2014. In The Other Seven, Tom compares the unsuccessful art of Wild Turkey hunting to the success ratio of Major League baseball players. In baseball, if you hit .300 consistently you will be a millionaire. In turkey hunting if you could be successful 30 percent of the time you would be eating turkeys weekly for the rest of the year. Neither sport is 100% as the book points out. Around the Edges, is Tom Kellys collection of short stories and letters from the past 7 years. Many of the short stories appeared in the NWTF Magazine, Turkey Country. A few will appear in future issues. Tom even shares a few personal letters from his distant past.
