Unfortunately as the saying goes, there is always one rotten apple that can spoil a beautiful basket of fruit so I have had no choice but to make adjustments to the rules. The Enchanted Witchery Witches Emporium night is always a special event. The items that are offered each week are sold as one of a kind unless otherwise stated. If they are handcrafted, they have been handcrafted here at the Enchanted Witchery Studio. Much Love, Time & Magick goes into the making of these items and all have been crafted in the Old Tradition of Magick. Proper Moon Phase, Astrological timing and the use of the finest ingredients are used in the making. Here at Enchanted Witchery we offer only True Authentic Witch Wares, not commercially made products. Each week we select items to be featured in this special event, and love sharing our magick with you. Here is how this all works: PAYMENT FOR ITEMS PURCHASED: You will be sent an invoice through PAYPAL for the item/s purchased in the show at the close of the show this evening. If may arrive to you well after you have retired for the evening as it is not uncommon for us to still be invoicing in the wee hours of the morning. PAYMENT IS DO AT TIME INVOICE IS RECEIVED. We do allow a grace period for you to get the invoice paid. This Grace period is up until MONDAY following Emporium Night and payment must reach us no later then 10:00am est. Your Prompt Payment is greatly appreciated and will also get you your items quickly. NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE NO INTENTION TO PAY FOR IT. There are many, many people who would love the item, and it is simply not cool to do that to others. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS ~ MONEY ORDERS ~ OR ANY OTHER PAYMENT BY MAIL. We do accept: PAYPAL And upon request will be glad to accept your Visa or Master Card for payment. Emporium invoices are for Emporium Items ONLY ~ We can not add on items from the Enchanted Witchery Shop or AWitchyLife at time of check out. CHANGE OF HEART PURCHASE: If you have marked an item SOLD during the Emporium we ask that you are sure that it is the item that you really want. Remembering that there are others who might really want it. So if you have a change of heart please do not wait to let us know. Please send a message immediately if you decide it is not for you. We do DISCOURAGE THIS… and ask Please be sure before you post that SOLD that you really want the item. PAYMENT INFORMATION: YOUR INFO IS ESSENTIAL and must be provided after a purchase. So if you have marked an Item SOLD and have receive a post back saying that “ IT BELONGS TO YOU” Please be sure to send over this info immediately : EMAIL ADDRESS: ITEM #S & NAMES PURCHASED: MAILING ADDRESS: NAME: We are requesting that you do this as soon as your 1st item is purchased. You can add to the message as we continue through the show, but if we have this info right away it will make invoicing you easier at the close of the show. SHIPPING: PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGES HERE ~ If you Pay your invoice at the time of receipt your parcel will be one of the 1st shipped out. If Emporium is held on our regular night of THURSDAY my Witchlets will be packaging you up on Friday for shipping your purchases. If you do not Pay your invoice on Thursday evening or by 10:00am (est) on Friday your package will be held until the following week for shipping. It will leave in the order to which payments have been received. WE SHIP ALL PARCELS USPS ~ Each package that is shipped comes with a set $50.00 insurance with it. IF YOU REQUEST ADDITIONAL INSURANCE AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT IT WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE BASED UPON THE TOTAL VALUE AND WEIGHT OF THE PARCEL. ***** WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE THEY LEAVE THE ENCHANTED WITCHERY STUDIO. NOR WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGES OR BROKEN ITEMS WITH IN THE PARCEL. It is simply unfair of anyone to hold us responsible for damages that have been incurred in shipping. We take packaging your items very seriously around here. After 35 years of shipping packages I would think we know how to get the job done and take extra special care in using bubble wrap, packaging materials and papers to get your goodies to you in safe and unharmed condition. If the USPS doesn’t handle the package with the same care as we do , we simply can not control this. IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED: It is the sole responsibility of the PURCHASER to file all claims with USPS for recovery of Lost or Damaged or Stolen items. We will not file any claim for you. DO TO THE NATURE OF WHAT IS BEING SOLD ~ OFFERED WITH IN AN EMPORIUM NIGHT ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD IN “AS IS CONDITION” There are times when we offer Vintage, Antique and gently used items, so if still in doubt after reading the items listing please refrain before marking the item SOLD until you have sent over a message with your questions pertaining to the item/s of interest. PLAYING FAIR IN THE SAND BOX: We will not tolerate rudeness, discourteous or inappropriate behavior from anyone who attends the show. We are all here to have a good time and be with others of like mind. So Do not be a spoil sport, or we will have to ask you to leave. If anyone is caught harassing any other participant they will be banned from the Enchanted Witchery FB page. No questions asked! PLEASE NOTE: All Giveaways are offered directly from Enchanted Witchery and face book is not associated in anyway with these giveaways. FOR THOSE WHO ARE ATTENDING THE SHOW FOR THE 1ST TIME: Here is how it all works…. When The Witches Emporium begins you will see delightful offerings appear upon the Enchanted Witchery Facebook Page The 1st person to mark the item “SOLD” will be the lucky purchaser. Please Note: We do our very best to be fair about the postings. There are many times that several people will post simultaneously and we will do our very best to take the 1st persons post, but there are times that the time stamp is identical and we RESERVE THE RIGHT to use our own judgment as to who was 1st. I will also ask the group at times if they can help with this. Once you have been declared the winner I will post back that you are the winner of the item. “This Belongs to You” Please do not post SOLD if you really do not want it as there are others who do and we want to keep it fair for all. GIFT CERFICATES: The only Gift certificates that are excepted here in the Emporium are those that specify that they can be used at Witches Emporium Night. Enchanted Witchery Gift Certificates can not be used during Witches Emporium Night. PURCHASING GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR WITHES EMPORIUM NIGHT: If you are seeking to give a gift for Witches Emporium Night we will be happy to issue a gift certificate to the person to which you would like to send it. This is all done through Email only. An invoice will be sent to the purchaser through PayPal for the amount that you would like to give.
