Greetings Well I just wanted to give everyone an update on my Sigmoid Colon Resection recovery. I believe I am past the critical point of developing a blockage due to the reattachment scare tissue shrinkage. So now the focus is to slowly adjust my body to a normal diet. There is still some discomfort both from the reconnection and the damage to my bladder from to colon adhering to it. But the good news is I should be 100% with time. The same is true with my rotator cuff repair. The plan is to have a final check on Sept. 10th with my physician and return to work on the 11th. I have lost 20 pounds which a good portion of it is fat so that us good. I am hoping to be able to start light work outs by end of October with the hope of being back to a full routine by January. I want to thank all if you for your concern, support, emails and prayers. It has been a real comfort to me. If you ever would like me to pray for you of somebody you know, please do not hesitate to ask. It would truly be my pleasure.
